  These terms govern the use of all services provided by HAM Digital Consulting, including the OpusFlow AI platform.

  1. Subscription: OpusFlow AI operates on a subscription (SaaS) model. Access is licensed, not sold, and continues as long as the subscription is active.

  2. Data Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of all data uploaded to the OpusFlow AI platform.

  3. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for managing user accounts and access control within their organization.

  4. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
